Potato Bread

Finally baked this wonderful bread found in a fellow blogger's site here. The only adjustment I did was adding a tablespoon of mixed herbs and also shaping the dough into a huge boule and a tiny loaf. Mine yields bigger crumbs, probably due to the fact that it was shaped into a boule and not confined in a loaf pan. Have not cut the small loaf yet, so I have no idea how the crumbs look like.


  1. Nothing is better than homemade bread, fresh from the oven. I'm sure your house smells so good all the time with all the baking going on.

  2. @Mary, my neighbour is very curious everytime I bake... she will ask me what is it and usually I share some with her, which is fine with me as I can't finish all my bakes in a day!
