Dough for currypuffs

This post is for the benefit of someone who is in Australia and do not know much about cooking. Here's a recipe for pastry dough in case you are still interested. Copied this recipe from here. Thanks Mary for sharing this pastry dough.

Ingredients A (Pastry)
2C flour
1/4t salt
80g margarine
100g water
2T sugar

Put everything into a mixing bowl and mix well to a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into 20 pieces. Roll them out into oval shape. Put some filling in the centre and fold the opposite together and seal it up as best you can. Make sure there are no holes. Otherwise the fillings are going to be leaking out when you fry the puffs. Good luck in experimenting.

Note: If you are too lazy to cook your chicken fillings, just buy a bottle of chunky peanut butter and use it as fillings! That is, if you like peanut butter....I think you do huh? (Vaguely can recall you asking me to cook some peanut cream soup.. which turned out disastrous!  he!he!)
