What to cook for lunch?

Well the day's very hot and everyone's not in the mood to eat a heavy meal so I thought, just have a bowl of soup...been a long time since I boiled this soup so it was quite well received by the boys.

Throw in a kilogramme of pork (preferably with bones attached), a tomato, onion, a head of preserved szechuan vegetables (soak for awhile to reduce the saltiness) and a piece of carrot, into a pot and add water to boil for an hour, shake in some pepper powder as seasoning and voila!
