When I saw these Sanma fish (Pacific Saury) which were being sold at the local supermart, I quickly bought them as I had seen Nami of Just One Cookbook cooking these and it looked so simple the way she did it:) I even grated some daikon to compliment the dish:D
Of course I didn't grill mine on the bbq like she did…I grilled mine in the oven which was even more simple:). She showed how it's done here.
