In the festive mood

Went shopping in the city this weekend and the christmas decorations are definitely in full swing and each mall trying to outdo each other! Great time for photographs with family and friends:D

Also made Lemon Tart ...really tarty and delicious! Love the crust.

Got this salmon for cheap from the local grocers and my boy cooked this by grilling and making a bacon/onions/tomato stirfry to go with it, sitting on a bed of blanched asparagus tossed in butter and pepper. Super good!

This was cooked by him too, baked chicken with mushroom risotto and blanched brocolli, I liked the chicken and the brocolli but found the risotto too creamy.

Potato gratin for lunch

And these are lotus paste filled buns which I baked, soft, not too sweet and too stingy with the lotus lol!
