Since the Pandan Kaya Sponge Cake was such a hit, I decided to bake another one using the same recipe but with different flavor. This time, I used lemon juice instead and filled with canned peaches and cream. Just as delicious!
I know I am supposed to freeze it before cutting, but it's getting late, so went ahead and cut it. As you can see, the cream is still soft :P Well, still delicious and the rest is in the fridge :D
