Sunday lunch

Went for aerobics class at the park last Sunday morning and after working up a sweat, I went to the market and bought a tub of ready made curry ingredients from the chinese speaking Indian lady. I swear she prepares the best curry ingredients in the whole market! Makes cooking curry so much easier with her curry paste, just need to add the potatoes, chicken meat  and simmer till everything is tender then lastly add 1/2 cup of coconut milk to thicken up the curry. I served this curry with warm steamed buns....hhmmmm delicious!

  9. @Mary....I love curry too but it is quite a tedious dish to cook from scratch so I am thankful there are people like that indian lady from the market selling their special curry pastes :)

@Olive...You are most welcomed...I am still learning and trying out new methods of making bread.

  15. I wish I can get that kind of curry paste here. I used to get it from an Indian lady at Taman Tun wet market and they were the best. You just have to tell her what type of curry you want to cook and she will give you the right paste.

  18. This sounds fantastic! When I used to visit my friend in Regensburg, she would make a curry dish with chicken for me. It was soooo yummy. I have never really it made it myself, though. I should try it.
