Ciabatta!

Have been reading up on this ciabatta recipe at this site and the rave reviews by the forumers finally compelled me to try it! The method is simple enough, it's the handling and shaping of the dough that was rather intimidating! It was very sticky and I can hardly shape anything out of the dough! Just managed to scoop and sort of drag the dough a bit to resemble ciabattas on heavily floured baking sheet and then bake. The good thing is there is no kneading required.

Also cook some sambal (chillies) to eat with this cabiatta...

So delicious with the sambal! Glad I made this ciabatta:D
