Got the idea of making a huge braided bread filled with wonderful fillings from The Fresh Loaf
I used just creamcheese for my filling this time and it turned out so delicious! I used the creamcheese custard recipe that I had used before, which is quite thick thus there were less leakage from the braids. Next time, I am going to try it with peanutbutter/jam filling. Hmmm.... I can even use redbean paste.
