Purple Sweet Potato bread



Tried the sweet potato bread again, this time using purple sweet potato. This time I boiled the potato after skinning it and reduce milk to 200ml. I have reduced quantity of potato to 200g. Better texture, not so dense. Here are some pictures that I have taken during the process of making it.

  1. What a gorgeous loaf of bread, Jeannie. I've never tried using sweet potato in a recipe. I love the aroma of the baking loaf.
