Instant oats buns with creamcheese filling



Baked this delicious soft buns over the weekend for the boys and me to take to office for lunch. Instead of shaping into a loaf, I cut the dough into 9 pieces, flattened them and fill up with creamcheese prepared the night before.  Be sure to thaw the fillings first before using, otherwise you'll have a long wait for the final proofing.
