Bamboo Charcoal Bread

Baked this bread to eat with bakuteh soup (literally translated to meat bones tea soup)  yesterday.  Crispy skin and super soft inside. That's straight out of the oven of course. Crust turned soft the next day as expected. The interior still soft too so ate a slice with butter for breakfast today.
