Meantime, with plenty of time to kill, and loads of chocolate powder to clear, I baked a chocolate cake using Amrita's family recipe. She posted the recipe in Kitchen Capers' website. You can go into this site through the link on the side bar of this blog. A very fluffy, spongey kind of texture and surprisingly, cooked real fast, so have to really check on doneness (every model of oven varies in baking time, me think) if you want to yield a moist cake.
