17 hours fermented Bread

My curiosity was peeked when I read about this recipe in Smallcookies' blog, a member of Kitchen Capers, and thus decided to give it a try for want of something to do during the weekend. The boys said the bread is softer but still taste like bread. lol! Well, let's just say, I would not be making this again anytime soon! It's very hard work kneading the dough.
