Mixed fruit cake

First time baking fruitcake of this version... Very dense and doesnt need to cream any butter or eggs. Just cook the mixed fruits, cooled it to room temperature, and then add the rest of the ingredients and then bake it. Can't say I like it though. Too much fruits in it and too dense for my taste. Prefer the lighter version.

The colour is just right. The recipe said bake for 2 1/2 hours but I only need to bake it for 1 1/2 hrs. Anyone wishes to bake a christmas fruitcake, this would be it.
